Assist2Admit Application

    To be completed by student.
    Application & Reference must be received by February 28, 2021.

    Student’s Personal Statement.
    In a brief essay of 200-500 words, please explain how you would benefit from the Assist2Admit Program.
    Suggested topics include: 
    What obstacles have you encountered in your education?
    How have you worked to overcome the obstacles that you have faced?
    How has your lack of access to technology challenged you?
    What are your educational and career goals?
    How would you benefit from college admissions guidance offered by Vivian Fung College Prep?

    Personal Character Reference
    The reference can be any adult who knows you well, EXCEPT a parent/guardian or the original nominator. The reference will be asked to write a letter of recommendation on behalf of the student.
    If a written statement is a hardship, the reference may request a telephone call to discuss the candidate in lieu of the written statement.
